Returns & Refunds Policy

30-day returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached.

How to start a return

1. Email us at hello@example.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions and, if approved, a return shipping address.
3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving approval.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the size or style you need.

Non-returnable items

Sale items marked final sale, gift cards, and items without original tags cannot be returned.
